We are looking for a professional Office Administrator who can handle proper flow of office procedures, supports the office by carrying out common office duties and help maintain a friendly company image by dealing with clients, partners and associates.
Job Description
- Respond to phone calls, emails, walk-ins and website contact inquiries from existing clients, prospective residents, vendors, partners and other constituents
- Handle minor financial transactions for the office, such as collecting rental payments and deposits, issuing receipts and purchasing needed supplies
- Check and maintain stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Handle resident complaints, maintenance requests, special requests and other concerns in compliance with company policies
- Coordinate and manage office activities and staff activities
