Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Family Quality Care is looking for a caring and skilled PCA to assist the elderly, recovering and disabled clients with daily living activities and healthy living.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist clients with physical, emotional, or cognitive impairments
• Provide support and companionship by engaging clients in activities such as playing games, visiting places, taking walks and engaging in conversations
• Assist with household chores for clients such as laundry, doing the dishes, changing sheets and other basic cleaning
• Arrange or provide transportation to clients for medical appointments, shopping etc
• Assist clients with household finances such as depositing checks, paying bills etc
• Help clients with self-care and hygiene such as toileting, bathing, dressing, brushing teeth etc.
• Administer medications as directed by medical providers and family members
