Our firm is currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator to play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company by providing administrative support.
Job Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Dealing with email inquiries, contact inquiries from website and walk in queries
- Managing and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
- General office management such as checking office supplies’ stock, ordering stationary etc
- Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers
- Arranging both internal and external events
- Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management
