Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual for the post of PCA, who enjoys interacting with seniors, assisting them with their daily living activities and having a genuine passion for providing our seniors with high quality care and support.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and day to day tasks such as washing, cleaning, dressing, eating and toileting
• Perform light housekeeping tasks  such as cleaning, dusting, vacuuming and changing bed linens
• Assist in safe lifting, transferring, re-positioning and movement of clients as needed
• Administer medicine to clients as required and accompany them to medical appointments
• Observe, monitor and record clients’ physical and emotional well-being, and promptly report any changes to senior staff
• Encourage clients to participate in social and recreational activities
